Sr Test / Certification Engineer

Required Qualifications:  
  • Active interim Secret level security clearance.
  • Five (5) plus years’ experience in conducting software testing
  • One (1) plus years PeopleSoft HCM experience
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in using HP QuickTest Pro10.0 or higher
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in using HP LoadRunner version 9.5 or higher
  • Test Planning experience (includes all test documentation, i.e., procedures, test scripts, etc)
  • Test Execution experience
  • Analysis and Reporting experience
  • IV&V testing/process experience
  • PeopleSoft 9.1 (or higher version)
 Desired Skills & Abilities:  
  • HP QuickTest Pro 10.0 (or higher version)
  • HR LoadRunner 9.5 (or higher version)
  • SharePoint 2010 (or higher version)
  • JAWS 11.0 (or higher version)
  • HPQC 11.0 (or higher version)
  • HP Certified Professional - Functional Test version 10.0 or higher
  • HP Certified Professional – HP0-M18 (LoadRunner)
  • Related cert training (optional)
  • Complete the GEMS UPK Training
  • Introduction to PeopleSoft for HRMS Rel 9
  • PeopleSoft Human Resources Rel 9
  • Complete on-line training: Clinic 10279; Experiencing the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 User Interface
  • Complete Section 508 Universe training
  • Complete HR/EX IPMS HPQC User training
Working Environment & Conditions
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, perform simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
