DecisionPoint Corporation is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the Project Lead Manager role. This is a role that will support a contract at the Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL) in Monterey County, California to perform Administration and Technical Support Services. FHL’s mission is to maintain and allocate training areas, airspace, facilities, and ranges to support field maneuvers, live-fire exercises, testing, and institutional training. Additionally, the installation provides quality-of-life assets and logistical support to training units.

Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years documented experience in directing and managing a multi-functional Technical Administrative support activity.
  • Knowledge of all technical administrative support functional areas to understand how the Army system works and interact with each other.
  • Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions to effectively manage a contract and on-site operations.
  • Highly skilled in organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating plans among numerous organizational activities to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans to meet each requirement on time.
  • Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
  • Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans and memorandums of instruction.
