DecisionPoint is currently seeking a qualified candidate to facilitate the day-to-day operation of all consolidated installation Privately Owned Vehicle storage lots designated to meet the needs of deploying/re-deploying AC Soldiers, Airmen and units across the Joint Base. The candidate should also act as the Point Of Contact for the POV storage lots and operate according to established Army and Installation regulations, JBLM Readiness Standard Operating Procedure and SOPs regarding POV storage lot administration, security, access, and efficient space allocation. The candidate will also have a secondary position at the JBLM Bus School with their administrative and clerical needs, setting training and check ride schedules and attendance rosters.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Designate specific areas within the POV storage lot.
· Assign those areas to meet the minimum space requirements to a designated unit representative.
· Coordinate all actions through that individual.
· Remain on site at all times until the last POV is processed and secure the lot.
· Provide battery jumpstarting and tire inflation services with provided equipment.
· Develop and update POV storage lot allocation plan after any impact.
· Prepare and submit impact utilization reports.
· Inspect the POV storage lot daily.
· Set and send weekly attendance roster to unit commander.
· Schedule check ride for Buses, Box Trucks, and Tracker Trailer.
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma.
· Active Secret clearance / Active Public Trust clearance.
· Current WA Driver License.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Prior military or Army installation experience preferred.
· Must be able to operate generator, air compressors, jump start box and light sets.
· Knowledge of Microsoft programs – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
· Experience in ISO procedures and quality management preferred.
· Able to speak, read, and write English fluently and enunciate with sufficient clarity to be understood by individuals with whom the contractor employee interacts within the performance of services.
· Job-appropriate education, training, experience, certifications, and licensing prior to performing work under the TO. This includes, but is not limited to, typing and
· keyboard skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office® software, audio-visual and video teleconferencing equipment, copiers, automation equipment, radio communications procedures, and the military phonetic alphabet.
· Shall be physically capable of performing their assigned work under normally anticipated climatic conditions, such as extreme weather conditions (snow, sleet, rain, heat, humidity).
· Maybe be able required to work in all weather conditions, and may be required to stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
